1. Orders & Payments

Q. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website www.govindjee.store by:

  • Browsing products and selecting the items you like
  • Adding them to your cart
  • Proceeding to checkout and completing payment

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments via:

  • Credit / debit cards
  • UPI
  • Net banking

All orders are prepaid only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it has not been processed for dispatch.

To cancel, email us at care@govindjee.store with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q. How long will delivery take?

After your order is processed and dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Rajasthan: 3–5 working days
  • Metro cities (e.g. Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru): 4–6 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days

These are approximate timelines and may vary due to courier delays, traffic, festivals, weather, or other external factors.

Q. Do you use a specific courier?

We ship Pan-India via Shiprocket Surface using their partner network (such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.). Courier selection is done automatically by Shiprocket based on your pincode and serviceability.

Q. Are there any shipping charges?

Yes. Shipping is weight-based and depends on:

  • Dead weight (actual weight of products) or
  • Volumetric weight (box size weight)

The courier charges us on whichever is higher, and the same logic is applied at checkout. Your exact shipping fee is auto-calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Q. Do you offer local delivery in Jaipur?

Yes. For eligible Jaipur pincodes (within approx. 12 km of our Shyam Nagar store), we offer local delivery via Porter (prepaid):

  • Orders placed and confirmed before 5:00 PM are usually delivered within 30–90 minutes.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are delivered the next day.
  • Porter delivery charges are paid online at checkout. No payment is taken at the time of delivery.

Q. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. You can click the link to see live status and expected delivery date.


3. Returns & Refunds

Q. When can I return a product?

Because our products are food items, returns are accepted only in limited cases:

  • Damaged, leaked, or unusable products received on delivery
  • Products received in expired condition

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share:

  • Clear photos and a continuous unboxing video of the parcel
  • Your Order ID and a brief description of the issue

Returns based on taste preference or personal liking are not accepted.

Q. How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and verify your evidence (and the returned parcel, if required):

  • Our team reviews the case as per our Shipping, Return & Refund policies.
  • If approved, a refund is initiated to your original payment method.
  • Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Q. Can I return custom or bulk orders?

Custom, bulk, or special-order products are generally non-returnable, except in cases of verified damage on arrival with proper proof.


4. Products, Quality & Allergies

Q. What should I do if my package is damaged?

If the parcel appears damaged or tampered:

  • You may refuse to accept it from the courier, or
  • Accept it with a remark (if possible) and immediately record a full unboxing video.

Then email us within 24 hours at care@govindjee.store with your Order ID, photos, and video.

Q. Do your products contain allergens?

Our products may contain or may be processed in facilities that handle: peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, jaggery, grains, millets, pulses, spices, gluten, soy, and dairy ingredients.

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please:

  • Read the ingredients carefully on the product label and website listing.
  • Consult your doctor if you are unsure about suitability.

5. Order Changes, Address & Timing

Q. Do you process orders on Sundays or public holidays?

No. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Dispatch also does not happen on Sundays and public holidays.

Q. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please email us immediately at care@govindjee.store with your correct address and Order ID.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try our best to update the address. If it has already been handed over to the courier, changes may not be possible, and delays or non-delivery may occur.
