Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India via our Shiprocket Surface courier partner network. Local delivery in Jaipur is available via Porter for eligible pin codes within approximately 20 km of our Shyam Nagar store.
How long does delivery take?
Approximate delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Rajasthan: 3–5 working days
- Metro Cities: 4–6 working days
- Rest of India: 5–7 working days
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, courier delays, strikes, or other external factors.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently ship prepaid orders only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major prepaid options including:
- UPI
- Credit & debit cards
- Net banking
- Supported wallets (via Shopify payment gateways)
When will my order be dispatched?
- Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.
- No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
How is shipping weight calculated?
Courier charges are calculated using the higher of Dead Weight (actual packed weight) or Volumetric Weight (box dimensions).
What is the maximum order weight?
Each order can contain items up to 25 kg. For orders above 25 kg, please place a separate order.
Jaipur local delivery (Porter): how does it work?
- Available for eligible Jaipur pin codes within approx. 20 km of our Shyam Nagar store.
- Orders before 5:00 PM: delivered within 30–90 minutes.
- Orders after 5:00 PM: delivered the next day.
- Porter charges are fully prepaid at checkout (no cash payment during delivery).
- 10–20 kg orders may require multiple trips.
What if my parcel arrives damaged / leaked / short?
- If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery or accept it with a remark.
- Record a clear unboxing video from the sealed parcel opening until all products are checked.
- Email the video and photos to care@govindjee.store within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper proof (complete unboxing video + photos) or if reported after 24 hours, courier claims may not be possible.
Can I return a product?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are accepted only if the product is:
- Damaged, leaked, or unusable on arrival (with valid proof)
- Received past the expiry date
Returns are not accepted for personal taste preferences or opened/tampered/partially consumed products.
How do I request a return / replacement?
Email us within 24 hours of delivery at care@govindjee.store with:
- Your Order ID
- Details of the issue
- Clear photos and the complete unboxing video
When will I receive my refund?
If your claim is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing care@govindjee.store with your Order ID and reason.
Orders that are processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle:
- Peanuts and tree nuts
- Sesame (til)
- Jaggery (gur)
- Millets, grains, and pulses
- Spices
- Gluten, soy, and dairy
Please review ingredient labels carefully. If you have allergies or medical conditions, consult a qualified healthcare professional before consumption.
