If a prepaid order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, images and availability information accurate and current. However, technical, typographical or human errors may occasionally occur.

If a product price, description or availability is displayed incorrectly, GovindJee may correct the information and refuse or cancel the affected order. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product colour, texture, shape and appearance may vary because of natural ingredients, batch production, or the use of AI-based tools in preparing website images.

5. Authorised Sales Policy

Approved refunds generally reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipment damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours with clear photographs and a complete unboxing video.

Where permitted by law, liability relating to a specific order will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for that order.
