Any unauthorized resale, including via marketplaces or third-party platforms, may lead to order cancellation and legal action.

6. Returns, Refunds & Final Decision Rights

Please refer to our Cancellation & Return Policy. Key conditions include:

  • Returns accepted only for damaged, leaked, expired, or unusable products
  • Mandatory unboxing video and reporting within 24 hours
  • No returns based on taste or personal preference
  • Custom or special orders are non-returnable
  • Refunds processed after verification (5–7 working days)

Final Authority Clause: GovindJee / M/s Jeeyo reserves the final right of decision on all return, replacement, and refund requests.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to care@govindjee.store with Order ID
  • Processed or dispatched orders cannot be cancelled

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours
  • No dispatch on Sundays or public holidays
  • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability may result in delays or RTO charges
  • Damage claims must follow policy with unboxing proof within 24 hours

9. Communication & Consent

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communication via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

  • You may opt out anytime via unsubscribe or STOP
  • Message delivery depends on third-party networks

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GovindJee / M/s Jeeyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Allergic reactions or dietary incompatibility
  • Delivery delays or logistics issues
  • Incorrect customer information

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GovindJee / M/s Jeeyo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising due to your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
