We deliver prepaid orders across India through our trusted logistics partners. This policy explains our shipping charges, dispatch process, delivery timelines and customer support guidelines.
Prepaid Orders Only
Cash on Delivery is not available. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
1. Shipping Method and Weight Calculation
Orders are shipped by surface transport through our logistics partners.
Dead Weight
The actual weight of the packed products and shipping material.
Volumetric Weight
The weight calculated from the dimensions of the packed shipping box.
Volumetric Weight Formula
Shipping charges may be calculated using the higher of the actual packed weight or the volumetric weight. The applicable charge is shown at checkout before payment.
2. Maximum Order Weight
Each order can contain products up to a maximum weight of 25 kg.
For requirements exceeding 25 kg, please place separate orders or contact our support team.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
Dispatch Timeline
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Order Confirmation
Dispatch takes place after successful payment confirmation and order processing.
Operational Delays
Processing or dispatch may occasionally take longer during festivals, public holidays, unusually high order volumes or service disruptions.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Rajasthan
3–5 working days.
Metro Cities
4–6 working days.
Rest of India
5–7 working days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of weather, festivals, serviceability, transport disruptions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Local Delivery in Jaipur
Local delivery may be available for eligible Jaipur addresses within approximately 20 km of our Shyam Nagar store.
Availability
Local delivery depends on your location, order size and delivery partner availability.
Payment
Local delivery orders must be prepaid. Cash payment at delivery is not available.
Delivery Charges
Charges depend on the delivery distance, order weight and available service.
Larger Orders
Larger or heavier orders may require separate delivery arrangements.
6. Damaged Parcels or Missing Products
We take care to pack orders securely. If a parcel arrives damaged or products are missing, please contact us promptly.
Check the Parcel
If the parcel appears visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery or record the issue with the delivery representative.
Record the Unboxing
Make one complete, continuous video showing the sealed parcel, its opening and all products inside.
Report Within 24 Hours
Share your Order ID, clear photographs and the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Is Compulsory
Without a complete unboxing video and clear photographs, or if the issue is reported after 24 hours, we may be unable to verify the claim.
7. Returns and Replacements
Because our products are food items, return or replacement requests are reviewed according to our Cancellation and Return Policy .
A complete, continuous unboxing video is required.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests are reviewed based on the submitted evidence and shipment details.
Taste preferences or a change of mind are not valid reasons for returning food products.
8. Order Tracking
Tracking details are shared after your order is dispatched.
Tracking Link
Your tracking link may be sent through email or WhatsApp.
