We ship prepaid orders only across India through our logistics partner network using Shiprocket Surface. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and guidelines.


1. Shipping Method & Weight Calculation

All orders are shipped via Shiprocket Surface using trusted courier partners.

Courier charges are calculated based on:

  • Dead Weight: Actual weight of the packed products
  • Volumetric Weight: Based on the box dimensions

Volumetric Weight Formula:

Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

The higher of Dead Weight or Volumetric Weight is considered for shipping charges. This is a standard practice followed by all courier companies. We do not inflate shipping costs — customers pay the same courier fee that we are charged by Shiprocket.

2. Maximum Order Weight

  • Each order can contain items up to a maximum weight of 25 kg.
  • For orders exceeding 25 kg, please place multiple separate orders.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.
  • No dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

  • Rajasthan: 3–5 working days
  • Metro Cities: 4–6 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, strikes, courier delays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Local Delivery (Jaipur Only – Porter)

We offer fast local delivery via Porter for eligible Jaipur pin codes within approximately 20 km of our Shyam Nagar store.

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM: Delivered within 30–90 minutes
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM: Delivered the next day

Porter Delivery Charges:
• Fully prepaid at checkout (no cash payment during delivery)
• Charges depend on distance and weight
• Orders weighing 10–20 kg may require multiple trips

6. Damaged Parcel / Short Shipment

While we pack orders securely, damage may occur during transit. In such cases:

  • If the parcel is visibly damaged, you may refuse delivery or accept it with a delivery remark.
  • Record a clear unboxing video from the sealed parcel opening until all items are checked.
  • Share the video and photos with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Important: Without proper proof (complete unboxing video + photos), or if reported after 24 hours, we may not be able to raise a claim with the courier partner.

7. Return & Replacement Eligibility

Food products are perishable. For safety and hygiene reasons, returns or replacements may be rejected if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • A visibly damaged parcel was accepted without a delivery remark

We support genuine cases strictly as per courier partner rules and FSSAI guidelines.
