Mangori Masala

Mangori Masala is a traditional dal-based mangori for cooking, prepared with Moong Mogar, Chhoula Mogar, Red Chilli, Salt and Hing. Use it to make a flavourful mangori sabzi or add it to your favourite curry.

How to Prepare

1. Lightly roast the mangori in a little oil or ghee until golden.
2. Add to your prepared curry or gravy, along with enough water to cook.
3. Simmer until the mangori is soft and fully cooked, adding more water as needed. Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve hot with roti or rice.
